Welcome to Loofta, a platform dedicated to providing secure and seamless freelance transactions in the Web3 space. By using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our services and apply to all users, including clients and freelancers.

Platform Usage

As a user of Loofta, you acknowledge that all freelance deals, communications, and payments between clients and freelancers must occur exclusively on our platform. Freelancers who have been discovered through Loofta are strictly prohibited from concluding deals outside of the platform with the same clients. This ensures a secure and reliable transaction process for both parties.

Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the suspension or termination of your account, and we reserve the right to pursue additional legal action if necessary.

Service Fees

Loofta charges a 3% service fee on all transactions conducted on the platform. As a client, by using our platform, you agree to pay this fee for each successful deal you engage in with a freelancer. The service fee will be automatically deducted from your payment and is non-refundable.

This fee helps us maintain the platform, offer customer support, and continuously improve our services.

Payments and Escrow

All payments between clients and freelancers are securely handled through our escrow system. Funds are held in escrow until the freelancer completes the agreed-upon work, and only after the client confirms delivery will the funds be released to the freelancer. This system ensures that both parties are protected throughout the transaction.

Prohibited Conduct

• Freelancers and clients may not engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent themselves on the platform.
• Any attempt to avoid platform fees, by conducting deals off-platform, will lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account.
• Abusive behavior towards other users or staff is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Termination and Account Suspension

Loofta reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of the terms and conditions outlined herein. Depending on the severity of the violation, this may be done with or without prior notice.

Agreement to Terms

By continuing to use Loofta, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. You also agree to our fee structure and commit to resolving any disputes directly through our platform.
